Tom Belanich

President

Tom assumed leadership of EGC in 2023. His background includes supporting client relationship development/management and construction operations for industrial and advanced manufacturing customers across Messer’s 11 regions. In the Industrial Director role, he worked to uncover client needs and facilitate solutions for their complex construction and development projects—drawing on 25 years of experience in construction, real estate, site selection and program management. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in business economics from Wright State University and is 2016 graduate of Leadership Dayton. He has served as President of the I-70/75 Development Association and Board Chair of Junior Achievement of Dayton.
