EGC created a design-build team with three industry experts to deliver a full equine facility with a 23,400-square-foot indoor footing area, 2,118-square-foot tack/wash area/corridor and a 1,200-square-foot gathering area for a total of 37,313 square feet. The facility also included a 1,000-square-foot second floor viewing loft and fenced outdoor riding arena. EGC partnered with industry experts Kiser Arena Specialists, Weesarey Landscape Architects and Taylor Brothers Excavation to complete the concept, design and construction within 12 months from idea to ready for events. The design-build team included the use of specialty construction contracts for concrete, paving and finishes. The use of EGC direct hired craft to erect the metal building and complete the carpentry scope of work, set the project pace, and ensure safety, quality and schedule delivered project success.
