Maxim High Bay Building
EGC Construction served as the Design-Builder of a 25,000 square foot, PEMB housed in the middle of an operational crane rental facility. The building will house maintenance operations for our client. The eave height of the building is 55 feet and hanger doors were installed which required additional care during construction. The interior included offices, restrooms and mezzanines.
